How to make Turmeric Pickle
Wash and peel turmeric thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Wash it again with water and dry it thoroughly for 3-4 hours. Heat oil in a pan on low flame and add turmeric, let the turmeric cook on low flame for five minutes. After that add all the spices in it. Switch off the gas after two minutes. Keep it in a glass vessel when it cools down.
