Answer- To increase immunity, along with the right routine, good food is also necessary. Eat more seasonal fruits and vegetables along with things containing Vitamin C. They are high in nutrients. Sleep on time, wake up on time. Do yoga and exercise daily. Prayanama is very good in this. It also strengthens the lungs. Immunity also increases with Jalneti Kriya. It cleans our respiratory tract and increases breathing capacity.

Answer- Boil half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in water and take it in the morning and evening. Make one piece of small myrobalan, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and half a teaspoon of carom seeds. Take it 3-4 times a day in lukewarm water. Take more ginger and turmeric in the diet. Avoid cold and sour things. Avoid sleeping in front of AC-cooler. Drink lukewarm water and take bath with warm water. Avoid things that are allergic. In medicines, the decoction of Dashmool Katutre can be taken with Chitrak Haritaki, Lakshmi Vilas Ras.
