Cookies- High sugar foods damage our brain’s westline, so we should not eat food like cakes, cookies, crackers and cold drinks. At the same time, experts say that the refined sugar found in processed food should be specially reduced. Instead, you can drink fruit juice.
too much salt- Foods that are high in sodium should not be eaten. Such as – chips, pizza, can soup or processed meat etc. These things containing sodium destabilize by reducing the level of tau protein present in the brain cells.
